I’m very happy to report a 2.5lbs loss last week, planning in advance and sticking to it really worked for me. No pressure wondering what to make when I came home from work which was great.
So here is the plan for this week:
Monday – Slow cooked Lamb curry and rice
Tuesday – Curried rice with mixed Veg.
Wednesday – Penne Arrabiata
Thursday – It’s my birthday so we are heading out to a local Italian
Friday – Chilli and Homemade wedges
Saturday – Homemade KFC style burgers with slimming world chips
Sunday – Lamb chops, baby potatoes & vegetables
