This week I stayed the same, I am not surprised really as I seem to have developed a love for chocolate during the day.  I really must work harder on making sure this doesn’t happen this week.

Monday:. Pasta with extra vegetables.

Tuesday:  Chicken Stir fry with sweet chilli sauce.

Wednesday: Chicken Singapore Noodles from here

Thursday: Slow cooked beef stew  from here

Friday:  Spaghetti  & Meatballs from here

Saturday: Out for dinner with family.

Sunday: Going out for Lunch for Brother in Law’s 40th.

 

I seen this free printable here and I thought I would download it, the plan is to laminate it so that I can write down our meal plans for the week and stick it on the fridge.
