This week I’ve not managed to get in as many of my long walks as usual. I was out for a day/night out Saturday so missed my normal 4 mile one then, only managing to squeeze in:
I’ve still been wearing my Fitbit and despite missing some of my long walks I’m very pleased with the amount of steps and miles that has been tracked with it.
Though I was out on Saturday, all day! Cocktails, wine, shots, pizza and chips on way home…….ooops. Followed by the only way to cure a hangover the next day with a McDonalds and full fat Irn Bru, again………ooops.
So despite being perfect on plan Monday & Tuesday I can only report ~
I thought this week in a bid to perk myself up and to re motivate myself that I would do my measurements again and I LOVE these results ~
After after two perfect on plan days (the first in a long time!) I’m hoping I can keep it going the rest of the week and see a loss next week.
